Why do we mark Independ-ence Day! On July 4th, 1776, 58 men signed the Declara-tion of Independence. We can renew our gratitude for the freedoms we enjoy, and our resolve to protect freedom for the next generation.

Easter is a time of such hope. Each year, we celebrate the reality that Jesus is alive—perpetual pre-sent tense! We celebrate the sure confidence that we will be with Him for eternity. And our HOPE is that those loved ones who have preceded us will be there, too. What a blessed reunion!
Plan to join us on Easter Sunday morning as we reflect and rejoice. I serve a risen Saviour!

I look forward to celebrating Easter with you next Sunday, April 5th the resurrection of our Lord Jesus every week (that is why we worship on Sunday instead of the Sabbath on Saturday), but Easter Sunday is a very special time of reflecting and rejoicing.
